The aim of this service is to provide a methodology that employs sound Design and Project management principles to ensure a successful implementation and the maintainability of the system through out is useful life. From this documentation it should be possible to establish the rational of all decision taken and the benefit of such decision to the customer. This document further serves the propose of being able to manage the entire project based upon detailed specifications contained in this document.
 
Network Reviews & Consulting

The objective of this service is to establish the current state  of the network under review. This current state could also be referred to as a baseline. The baseline is the starting point once the networks is placed in a working state by resolving any problem areas discovered during the review process. The second phase of the service is to make use of the same Design and Project management principles as outlying in our Design Reviews & Consulting to establish a  Network Design to cater for the additional workload or convergence.
